Built using reclaimed limestone from centuries-old French châteaux, hand-formed roof tiles, and a collection of authentic treasures — including a 1,000-year-old kitchen sink — the Sunstone Villa transports you to a world of refined luxury.

The Villa boasts five meticulously appointed suites, each with a King bed, private bath, Mascioni Italian linens and bedding, L'Occitane bath essentials, and authentic French antiques. High-speed Wi-Fi and daily light housekeeping ensure a comfortable and seamless stay. Guests enjoy complimentary coffee, tea, and a bottle of Sunstone wine. Additional refreshments are available for purchase within featured minibars and wine fridges. The Villa includes accommodations for up to 10 guests (5 king beds), with up to 2 queen blow-up mattresses and 2 twin cots additionally available for additional fees.

The grand interiors feature the Lower and Upper Foyers, Parlor, Great Room with Kitchen, Dining Room, Winding Staircase, Billiards Room, and Study. Outside, enjoy the beauty of the Entry Court, Central Courtyard with Fireplace and Wood Burning Oven, Kitchen Courtyard, Grand Lawn, and Motor Court. The Villa features eight stately fireplaces, expansive terraces with stunning mountain and vineyard views, and expansive seating and dining areas, perfect for intimate gatherings, candlelit dinners, and curated culinary experiences.

Guests are welcome to explore the Sunstone Estate, whether by exploring the vast vineyards on foot, or visiting the award-winning Sunstone Winery Tasting Room located a stone throw away on the Estate’s lower terrace.

Important Notes:

• Not Hotel. Sunstone Villa is a private residence, and each suite is part of the home. It is not a hotel and does not offer a front desk, on-site dining, or overnight staff services.

• No Pets. Pets are not permitted. Pre-approved service animals are allowed and will incur a $250 cleaning fee per animal.

• Non-Functional Fireplace: While the Avignon suite and the Kitchen features a decorative in-bedroom fireplace, it is not currently operational. Guests are welcome to use the outside real wood fireplace. The Brittany suite and the Provence suite have real wood burning fireplaces and are operational.
